Our cross country course is two laps at Hillingdon House Farm Fields, we will be using Hillingdon Athletics Stadium as our base. *The ground will be dry and hard and I’m not sure we will have much of a river *☹️

Address for paid parking at the Hillingdon Sports Complex - Gatting Way, Uxbridge, UB8 1ES - We only have permission to park here after 3pm so do not come any earlier please.

For free parking – Honeycroft Hill, Hercies Road – Then head to North Way which will lead you to the race start line

Other options but a bit further to walk – Keith Park Road, Honey Hill and Vine Road.

Please do not park on / in the grounds of the Uxbridge Cricket Club or the LIDO car park – even if other drivers are going and doing this.

To assist with easing the parking problems encountered in previous years please try to car share - thank you!

Spikes are not recommended due to some tarmac sections and no wired, wireless or bone conduction headphones please.

Meet at the start line in the field next the the football fields south of the complex 30-40 mins before the race.

Refreshments will be laid out at the stadium after the race. Please remember to bring your cups.

Please remember to remove any muddy footwear before entering the indoor stadium facilities.
