Thanks from Sandhurst
On behalf of us all at SJ, our warmest thanks to everybody who has made the league such a success, and such good FUN, in recent years. I hesitate to name names–for where does one stop–but Mike Raistrick deserves applause for doing such a brilliant job on this website. It has made all the difference, both for members of participating clubs (of whom, as I write at 10:20 on a wet Tuesday morning, there are 13 on-line) and club reps. The members love the easy access to so much information; the reps LOVE the way the system produces the team-sheets and calculates the results. Thanks Mike....
Our thanks, too, to all the members of the participating clubs who have made the series the exciting, informal and inclusive thing that it has become. Even though it is highly competitive at the front of the field, every runner is made to feel welcome and a part of the event. Through the season we get many members coming along to run in their first 'Event', and they soon get hooked.
Datchet, Reading & Bracknell, you've given us a good run for our money this year, and we really hope you'll come back even stronger next year. Wargrave, welcome–it's good to see new faces. And we look forward to Windle's participation next year too, even though we'll lose a few of our 'second call' runners to them.
Thanks all....
Congratulatons to Sandhurst
Provisional results for the Bracknell Forest Runners league match held today confirm that Sandhurst Joggers are the winners of the 2011/2012 TVXC league. Congratulations to them.
Any queries on results should be funnelled back through club captains.
Final race of this year's league
The unfortunate cancellation of the Finchcoasters race means that the race on 22 January hosted by Bracknell Forest Runners will be the final race of this seasons' league.
We will once again be holding the race at Lightwater Country Park, GU18 5RG. We will be sharing the available parking with other users of the Park so please car share as much as possible to reduce congestion.
We look forward to welcoming you all to our race.

Datchet Dashers win Sandhurst race
The results of the Sandhurst XC on 22nd November are now deemed 'official'; click on "Results" above for full details.
The result was a convincing win for Datchet Dashers, who had four runners in the first ten! Our warmest congratulations go to their very powerful team; it is exciting to see another club in contention for the top spot.
Our thanks to the 290 runners, and of course to our own 50+ volunteers, who made it such a successful event.
If anyone, club or individual, has any comments, suggestions or criticisms, PLEASE tell us so that we can attempt to do it even better next year.

Metros Results
Provisional results from the first fixture of the season are now available here - thanks to Metros.
It's already looking like Sandhurst are the team to beat this year!
Windle Valley Runners to join TVXC
The league is pleased to announce that Windle Valley Runners will be admitted to the league for 2012/2013 and all following seasons.
For the avoidance of doubt members of Windle Valley Runners can still compete in the 2011/2012 season as guests or second claim runners of one of the other participating clubs.
I'm sure we all welcome this addition. All necessary amendments to databases etc. will be made in time for the start of the new season.
Countdown
With the countdown well and truly underway, I thought this picture courtesy of Rob from Sandhurst Joggers might help to start build your enthusiasm for what I am sure will be a great season.
