Making full use of the forested areas that surround us, the club aims to run on an informal, friendly basis and seeks to cater for a broad range of running abilities and ages. Qualified coaches who actively participate in training sessions and events are available to give advice on training needs.

Burnham Joggers

A warm welcome awaits you from Burnham Joggers at the Burnham Cricket Club Pavilion on Taplow Common Road, Burnham every Tuesday and Thursday where our HQ has excellent changing and social facilities. On Club evenings, our members run a variety of distances at different paces. Organised speed work sessions are held on Tuesdays and a time trial is held on the last Sunday of every month from Burnham Health Centre for those interested in checking their progress. During the summer, on club evenings, we take advantage of footpaths in nearby Burnham Beeches and along the Jubilee River.

Datchet Dashers

The Datchet Dashers are a small, friendly running club based in Windsor (home of the castle). We meet at 7pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays at our clubhouse in Home Park. On Tuesdays we normally do some speedwork or threshold running, while on Thursdays we run between 4 and 10 miles, depending on the season. Runners of all abilities and ambitions are welcome to join us. New runners are welcome to run with us for a few weeks before joining.

We are primarily a road-running club, but venture onto the country in the winter. Members race over most distances, from 5km all the way up to ultra-distance races such as the Comrades Marathon. We organise the Dorney Dash (formerly the Datchet Dash), a very popular 10k road race held at Dorney Lake every June. Between training and racing club members also enjoy numerous social events throughout the year.

Further information can be found at www.DatchetDashers.com

Finch Coasters

Finch Coasters is a small and friendly running club based at Finchampstead Sports Club in Finchampstead, near Wokingham, Berkshire.

Regular club runs take place throughout the week and we can be seen sporting our yellow and blue vests with pride at many local road races, relays and cross-country events. Throughout the winter we compete against local clubs in both the Thames Valley and the Hampshire Cross-Country leagues.

If you want to join us for a run, please feel free to turn up to any of our training venues at the specified times or contact a member of the committee. On a Thursday night, as many of us as possible try to meet in the Sports Club bar for a drink and a chat, so please come along and join us.

As well as running, we organize a number of annual events such as the Tough 10, Woodland 5 series, the Mud Run and a Club handicap series. We also hold many social events throughout the year including an Annual Dinner Dance, summer BBQs, cheese-and-wine evenings etc. These events are always great fun and well-supported.

Reading Roadrunners

Sandhurst Joggers

We are a lively, friendly and informal club, both socially and athletically, with a membership of about 300. At the top end we have several county-standard runners, while further down the "Joggers" epithet is more pertinent. Male/female split is about 55/45, and ages range from 17 to 70 (yes, really). We are surrounded by splendid running country, so many of our summer runs are off-road, as is Sunday morning's throughout the year.

Many members take part in events/races of all sorts and varying distances, on and off-road, in all seasons. But you don't need to be a "racer" - other members simply run for fun, taking pleasure in running in friendly company and glorious countryside.

We welcome runners of all standards, including beginners. We have club runs on four weeknights, normally at 6:30 or 7:30 pm and a Wednesday and Sunday mornings at 9 am. There are also occasional social occasions and "pub-runs".
