BFR Cross Country - 7 February 2010

Venue - Lightwater Country Park GU18 5RG

Parking is available on site but is limited so please car share as far as possible. There are likely to be football players and their parents dropping off and picking up so please allow time to negotiate these vehicle movements. Please do not park in the area in front of the Gym building. Also please respect the local residents by avoiding parking in the surrounding streets.

Toilet facilities should be available at the ranger station and visitor centre which are towards the main entrance of the park. We were unable to hire any facilities within the gym - sorry.

The two lap course is more or less the same as last season. Disks will be issued to each finisher to confirm their finishing position, please hand the disk to your team manager.

Refreshments will be served in the finish area.
